有谁知道第7项是什么意思?
我是本科但无学位,可使馆要求做Bachelor Degree认证.请问这会是什么结果?
如果清华认证中心把结果寄给使馆不是要被拒了吗?

第七项就是国外的“无犯罪”证明呀！

如果原来申请材料没填学士学位，只填大学本科就问题不大，清华认证也没什么问题。如果原来提供了这材料（学位）的公证，可能会遇到麻烦。这就需要作出合理的解释。被调查的概率会增大。使馆不会马上作出决定，会安排面试。

如果你在国外呆过几个月以上，就要做在国外的无犯罪公证。没有还是要更新国内的无犯罪公证。
