Description: We are in need of individuals with event coordination skills to assist with the set-up, security, supervision and takedown of a silent auction being held at the Royal York Hotel on Monday, April 16, 2007.
Set up: 8a.m-2:30p.m.

Training: Training will be provided. Volunteers are required to attend a volunteer information session. The meeting will be held at the Arts Etobicoke office (4893A Dundas Street West-Bloor/Islington Subway) on Wednesday, March 28th from 7-9 p.m. Light snacks and beverages will be provided at the meeting. For those unable to attend this date an alternate date will be provided.
