On the day of your interview, please go to our general reception lobby on the 12th Floor and obtain a ticket "H". When your number is called, present this letter with your passport to the receptionist. It is not necessary for you to prepare any other documents.
This interview is an integral part of the immigration process. You must attend this interview even if you have had a previous interview at this office. If you are unable to attend your interview due to truly extraordinary circumstances, please advise the Consulate General immediately so that we can re-schedule your interview for the next available opening, which means a delay in the processing of your application for at least an additional 4-6 months time. Please note that failure to attend this interview without notice will result in the refusal of your application.
Please confirm with the Canadian Consulate General in Hong Kong whether you are able to attend the interview. Your interview will be conducted in your choice of one of Canada's official languages (English or French) unless you inform us that you require the services of an interpreter.
