北京买的HP电脑能否在多伦多质保?

我在北京买的一台HP的电脑(仍在保修期内),买后几天发现计算机有点问题,因听说HP 能全世界保修,我就去找多伦多的future shop 店,结果店里的人上网查后说可能因该电脑产于中国,输入型号后不能给质保,请问我该怎么办?

and i call HP they send me a box and tell me put laptop in it and resend it back to To. and now i got my computer repaired.
