if you have no language problem, and know what kind of home you want to buy, you don't need any broker, usually broker will charge 3% to 6% commission, your broker may tell you that you don't need to pay any commission, seller is repsonsible for it. This is very silly, we all know we are paying the money! I bought one apartment in April without buyer's broker, the seller's broker only charge seller 3% in order to give me better price. Check
