In Canada, there is no such thing as 工龄. Your years of experience is not money. It is yours, and nobody can take away from you. List it in your resume. It would help you to get a job.

It is yours no matter no matter which company you work for. If it is your employer pension plan, could you talk to someone in the company? In Canada when you terminate your contract with your employer who happens to have a pension plan, you usually have many options. You could get some cash back, or transfer it to another pension plan, or transfer it to other type of investment like RRSP. You won't get all your contribution back, but you should get something back and it depends on the rules of the pension plan.
