如果要面试，是在巴黎面试。
因为当时我lp在美国时候，以为在美国递要快些，结果了解后得知，如果有面试，还得回美国去，又肯定不了拿到美国签证，所以，放弃了，还是在中国递的申请。

你要想快，巴黎肯定比北京快。北京的话，可能你要2到3年的时间。
