I have being doing office work in Canada for many years. I think language is the most important thing for your job searching. Everyone can do like typing, data entry, or using Word or Excel if you have some clerical experience in China. Practice your oral speaking skills, you can apply jobs like office clerk, receptionist, data entry or customer service etc...

Try to find some junior position, improve yourself while you are working. That's my experience and that is the best way to learn real live English. You will get involved with real canadian life easily soon.
