・[FONT="]Experience in dealing with end clients and understanding their network needs [/FONT]
・[FONT="]The ability to explain complex subject matter to clients when necessary[/FONT]
・[FONT="]Communication skills (written and verbal) are essential to the on-going interaction with the client sites; interpersonal and negotiation skills are a key component of this interaction[/FONT]
・[FONT="]Experience in network conversions i.e. Frame/OSPF to MPLS/BGP[/FONT]
・[FONT="]Experience in scheduling and executing implementation of networks, WAN circuit turn-up and layer 2 and 3 configurations[/FONT]
・[FONT="]Experience in coordinating network designs with other teams and Sr. Engineers[/FONT]
