As I know that if someone want to immigrate to Canada,he should get vissa from the Embassy of Canada in China.

blue peter, i totally agree with you. if you take a moment and read them, the information in the site almost come from Canadian Government site,it doesn't matter where do you live in. it's still helpful.
The "our story" and "Life in Canada " is most interesting part for me. I love to read really experience like this stuff. it is just like adventure that is well described.
