Our client in the healthcare industry located in the downtown area is looking for a Medical Administrative Assistant / Transcriptionist on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for various data entry projects, working with health records, working in MS Word, medical transcription, miscellaneous paperwork, general office duties as assigned.

Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have 1+ plus years of administrative experience in the medical field as well as experience with medical transcription. Strong computer skills, strong knowledge of medical terminology, a typing speed of a minimum of 55 words per minute, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize is essential. Job Description
Our client in the Downtown area is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team on a temporary to full-time position. The position will start on a part-time basis at three days per week and additional hours as needed. As a key member of the administration team, responsibilities include providing administrative support to the management team, including reception relief, typing reports and contracts, and providing administrative support to various employees. Experience in the construction industry is an asset but is not mandatory.

The Administrative Assistant will have 2+ years of experience in an administrative role. The successful Administrative Assistant will be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel.
