Schema can be:
1. Your business Model (so it is to be implemented into java)
2. You management structure including your project management methodology (seems not to be implemented into java, but if the target java system is to assitant your project management, this is could be)
3. The system design, including object schema (meaning relationship and structure of your object modelling), and/or your database structure which is typically called DB schema

入口。 原始入口。主入口。如一个图书编目CATALOG的主入口(main entry)是"作者AUTHOR"的话。其他是added entry.

You are right, especially for the entry can be input by user when they read throug the web pages.

When I translated it as 条目 (similiar to entries in a journal book), I did not consider it is also an input interface, but just considering it as a static linked structure.
