不是真的.第一次购房自住,且房价低于22.5万,可免1%的PTT

PTT是物业转让税.有10多项条件的.指二手房.新房有GST的.

The tax rate you quoted is wrong. PTT is NOT always 1%.

The tax rate is 1 per cent on the first $200,000 of the fair market value of the property, plus 2 per cent on the fair market value over $200,000.

I got your point, it is not wrong, just uncompletely

I can not list all conditions here, like 30% downpayment, 22.5k to 32.5k etc, make sense?
