俺现在基本每天可以腾出4个hours放心塌心以及专心地learning English ,
想帖一个计划及进度帖，以方便向各位俺佩服的LSTX求教和好友的监督。

一。俺的基本程度是一直是哑巴英语且10余年没用到，06年初经过2个月封闭发奋突击后烤鸭子R8（正常水平）W7（写作7有蒙的成分有点意外）听力6（有点失望）口语只是5（也就这水平）
总之，听说写还未达到7的水平。况且7可能也并不高到那呀！

二。计划：时间上每周保证20个hours的高强度学习时间。（周末一般休息必要时加班）
内容上2个 1，cnnsn的一段10分钟视频精听（ http://edition.cnn.com/studentnews/）
2，六人行听说练习（不赶进度以掌握为主）

晚上再汇报完成具体情况和遇到的问题。希望各位TX支持成全！

Sorry for not making it clear, native American guy, of couse.
Don't be so hard on your. Speaking is proved to be the most difficult part among the four to conquer only because those crazy Americans not always follow rules to pop out the words we all got used to see in written.

Taking it one day at a time makes the most sense. Very often some people attribute their slow progresses in improving English to time managements, saying with each step forward, followed two steps back. It's pathetic, really. I just got started about only 4days ago,and I began with 4*24 instead of the first episode.That's really weird ,huh.
about time management, I have the same feeling ,what a nice mess!
and I gotta remind myself almost all the time:first things first,just let other things go free! I listen and make a dictation then retell and speak .It's really pretty hard.I wish things would be gonna be better before I'm exhausted to death,God bless me!
By the way,Angel is rarely great tutor ever,you'd better ask the angel on duty those learning stuff or something. Sometime,I felt as if angel were my mom(god forgive me,amon) ,don't tell her I say that please. l love you guys ,you are real friends even though I don't realize who you really are. thank you for your support ,I really wanna do my best to not let myself and you down.

Inspired by sanque, I started to study English hard again today. I read and tried to remember sentences of new concept english book 3. It is great. I feel so good. I will make my own plan too. Because I have to take TOEFL test after the new year. Beside the test preparing materials to work on, I will recite articles of NCE and listen and repeat the script of Desperate Housewives (I love it much more than friends, so i will start with it rather than friends this time^&^ )

Like sanque, I also love Jiayuan and many friends here!

I feel blue today when I've finished today's work.That was not as smooth as I 'd thought, my tongue twisted and can't follow my brain . and the sentences fled away from my brain all the time.That sucks! I gotta do sth to stop that. Be cool and concentrate on this more. I think I need more practice .May be I should speak easier and simple sentences at first .

Brain surgery time:
I suddenly understood ,it is just the quality not the quantity that is the point . Why those damned sentences fled away,because I didn't care them at all ,They certainly got rid of me if I didn't love them at all .What I focus on is my useless schedule. We spent the last night sleeping on so-called "火炕", worse than that, at the midnight I found there's no toilet but "旱厕"where's outdoor at the other end of the garden.and the temperature just was -20 centigrade.That's why I caught a bad cold.

Poor guy! 火炕 and 旱厕 are all so typical among northeasters. It is also said that normally when they "hit the head " at midnight under that weather condition, say, minus 20 or worse, they bring with them a stick, just in case. You know what I mean?

the world "us" acts as the object of the main sentence, and the subject of the clause. when it does, it's often followed by a verb+ing.)

I wonder why so many visitors keep silent,would you mind if say sth in english,to do some kind of intercommunication with diversified people in english seems to be a good idea to improve us ,but nobaby except angel often have some words with me, and then angel 's gonna be busy preparing for her coming trip to Canada Vancauver. Briefly I meet the same puzzle until recently I was enlightened by angel's words. I can't repeat her words precisely ,what she wanna tell me should be like,sinking myself into the environment of the stories when I'm learning the TV series,and finding and grasping the "feelings" for native english, doing this well definitely needs a strong emotion like an actor or a writer. I can imagine It should be no necessary to recite by rote,it's more like a process rewriting and comparing with the transcription.and the sentences I 've chosen should be like my favorate friends not just some difficult sentences. Step by step I just hope keep meself moving ,then let us wait and see.

well , I should say better and better physically,I wonder whether I should try to restart to work out ,like jogging ,say 10 km or so.

sorry guys, I do hope I could be able to come here as often as I used to, but my backpain is killing me recently and just have to stay away from the computer. Wish you all have a good stay here and make progress with your English daily. As a matter of fact, I stick my head in here everyday, just hate to raise my shoulder typing. It's just like the only thing I need most is something like chemical change in my English-learning.Now there're just only a bunch of physical changes here! I made up my mind to have a try by the the way of practising oral with some native speaking guys, supposed to get started after two weeks from now.the last preparation process is on countdown .

I 'm planning on adjusting my stratagem a bit . it doesn't seem like a perfect method to go ahead without any review. So ,uh, I think I 'd better add an extra daily work of retelling one old episode,in case I might become like that famous bear ,y'know, carring only the last one corn. Let me comb the schedule once more:
First ;
there's one thing I gotta do well per day,that is the review thing :to retell an old episode and use the key sentences I've picked early.and see what I learn this time.
Second;
learning new episode about 2 hours and not requiring the quantity, listen and speak one by one sentence absolutely without the help of englis or chinese subtitle until I can simulate the whole sentence on the whole,(y'know you can't expect me to simulate these guys perfertly ,cause,you know,I have a fat lip,and clumsy tongue.)
then compare it with the english subtitle and if necessary look up on-line dictionary and write down the key sentences.

during this period, all information I can touch should be in english ; like general news from CNN, NBA news from ESPN. except chinese stockmarket.

I really hate the chinese stock market now. It is not fair extremely.I have lost lots of money on it, and I can't retreat! I don't know how long I will be blocked. It is actually pessimistic for the oversea market's future.The QDII value was decreasing as soon as I entered last summer. Gosh!!! I wonder if I can withdraw the money back before I leave the year after next year. Sigh!

I logged in some foreigh websites for making friends and searched some persons to talk to me for the purpose of speaking English. But I don't know what to say! Should I introduce myself to them? or should I introduce the chinese culture to them？ To date, I installed the skype for 3 times and uninstalled it for 2 times. I have no idea about such a stupid thing. No idea! how do you guys do in speaking English?

it'd be extremely dangerous if you had thought it should be fair in this market. Don't believe in those chinese funds including QDII. And you hating this market maybe means it's like you're not suitable for doing this or not ready for it, this 's a highly risky career. Hehe~~ skype is pretty useful when it comes to make foreign friends. Normally, weather issues are good to warm up. Gradually, topics can be shifted to food, tour and some other small talks. In depth communication takes time, therefore, don't be so hard on yourself.

Yesterday I did some packing, as you know, I am on the clock to leave for Canada. For a brief moment, I was obsessed to things that had to be abandoned, together with good old memories. It's always the way in this life. No sooner have you got settled in a pleasant resting place than you're summoned to move on. During my trip to HK, I induldged entirely in speaking English with foreigners as well as HK citizens. If I had tried a bit harder, I would have had no that many problems understanding the local language. But English seems more commonly used there, and I did have got a profound of NEWBILITY by talking freely either with westerners or local people.

When it comes to exchange the opinions,what I want to say is that the stock market is dangerous. Anyone should be cautious to enter. But actually I tried to invest the fund instead of the stock market. and I didn't analyses the economic situation carefully and believed the boast of the advertisement and web, so......

I think maybe it is not the suitable time to invest now. It is not positive despite the Olympic Game. As you can see, the government has no idea to save the market. Perhaps after 2 or 3 years or even longer, people who lost should be able to recall the lost money back. So to wait and see is what we should do, I think.

how could you successfully achieve the ipo new stock? I have heard that it is fairly difficult to own it, especially for small amount of money. And once you manage to gain the ipo, at least you will win double. One of my friends tried to buy the ipo approximately half a year ago, but he has not been so lucky yet.

March 14, Here is the stuff I have picked up while I reviewed 4*11.

yesterday I'd talked to a U.K. guy for like a hour, it's the first time that I realized that I had a long tough way to go to use this language smoothly. I know myself , short of talent of language, so I have to work harder than most of guys. for every minute of every hour of every day .
A funning thing:
last night before going to talk to the foreigner guy, I went swimming . I must've crawled in water too hard and too long(over like 1 km).I was kinda beat. And then at the end of that talk, I finally couldn't stop yawning. You see I was out on a limb indeed.

Speaking of being in good shape, I 've been doing a sample and effective so called "outspace exercise" which it is said that 王永庆's been doing all the way. well , it goes this way:
stand up; use your two hands to grab a towel ,and then stretch your arms upward as much as you can. then walk on your toes as long as you can . I can walk only like 10 minutes.

I've noticed this pathetic Bear Stearns since like last september. I bought some citic's shares last year,and emptyed them at the end of last year. I remembe vividly that last Sept. when it was announced that CITIC was gonna cooperate with Bear Stearns and exchange like 2% shares each other, Bear Stearns's share value was above $102 and 600030's was like 96 RMB. Now you see, things change stocks change. Bear Stearn actually was broke and only value $2 and 30 as well slump from the highest 117 yuan to like 58 ,just during less than half a year!

I'm watching the stock market plummeting like that yellow fruit trees waterfalls'water. That's so gorgeous and so splendid for an emptyer or short-seller but so agonizing and so torturous for a stock holder. These things happen all the time. After the tragedy had happened, people just found the risk. But it's alway too late. Things could be half-cooked if you don't play it safe generally. But in the market ,Things could be screwed up and you might be broke if you don't play it safe. It's too depressing ,uh. Y'know what, I remembe a saying ,that is like ,"Don't do the crime if you can't do the time."

Well, if I get to have some free time, I 'd like to take a cold water shower.^^and then read some my favourite books,just a little bit. I barely watch TV cause there seems to be no time to kill recently. I'd rather surf the internet if I had some more free time.
Oh, every two days , I'm gonna go to swim for like one and half an hour. And when the weather become warmer, I hope that I 'm gonna go jogging in the early morning. Y'know, I gotta be in good shape thinking of a possibility of labour work in canada.

I just now surfed the internet to find some information and ideas about marriage.that is the topic I'm gonna chat about with my english teacher tonight. I bumped into a funny story. I wanna post it, Here it is.

Today I can't believe that I have such a damned bad luck. Both my laptop and desktop were crushed one by one. It spent me like 5 hours in fixing them up. God bless me! It works now. In this case, no time for englishlearning. But there's some good thing. I was feeling easier during me talking to that U.k.guy,my oral teacher today. It's just like the thick layer of rust covered in my thoat and tongue clearly start fading out.

March 28. Here is the story. Phoebe's been pregnant and she found out that she's getting to crave to eat meat but she's a vegetarian .She thought she couldn't do that. Then a dialog between her and Joey began:

y'know what, my tongue's getting more and more easy to control.and could anyway follow my mind and when I do some speaking practice like rehearsal , it was not so hard for me. After almost two months , I finally figure out that how I can do this better.Now. I just find the real door and become a real beginner of english learning.

I should y'know, make some change for my schedule. I mean I wanna practise Season 4.once more using this new method like picking up one or two scenes to retell or do some rehearsal.
And then go get to Season 5.

And on a totally different subject, I bought a little bit ETF50 in the stock market today. Wish me luck.

Ross just said his goodbye to Amily and got back Monica's (his young sister)apartment depressedly. Here is the dialog between them.

I was just fliping through news and articles about stockmarket on line. Here's something . people who 're interested in it might judge yourself which stage you've been in as share player in stock market.
This section is too long for me to translate into english totally and correctly. So, I just post it directly in chinese :

学股的四个阶段
在我学股的历程中，我最希望的是知道我已经学到什么地步。当我达到什么地

步的时候，才可以认为已经毕业。当然，毕业并不表示已成为专家，但起码它

表示我已拥有足够的知识在这行生存。就数学而言，小学的内容从加减开始，

中学的数学包括几何代数。你很清楚你的 数学知识已经达到了几年级的水平。

学股有没有这样的级别之分呢？答案是”有” 。 我在这里就以自己的学

股历程谈谈学股经过的阶段，你可以参照我的描述，估计一下自己现在处于什

么阶段。这些阶段的划分并不严格，很多时是互相交错的。如果人性共通的话

，我学股的历程应该和你十分相似。
1 蛮干阶段
第一阶段可以称蛮干阶段。 这段的特点是自己没有什么主意，买时不

知为何买股票，卖时也不知为何卖。买卖的决定完 全由他人或自己的一时冲动

所左右。比如某某股评家推荐买这只股票，他认为这只股票最少还会升 10 点

等等。卖时也没有章法，觉得有钱赚就可以卖了。在这时期是决不何止损的。

我有位亲戚，他从未炒过股票，有一天他听我卖了两只亏钱的股票，立即

就指出我的过错：“ 亏钱的股票怎么能卖？最少要等到升回有钱赚时才可以脱

手。亏钱的股票快快卖掉，赚钱的股票不何卖，要等到跌回亏钱后才卖，你怎

么可能从股市赚到钱？”这段话大概说出了新股民的心声。这本书读到这里，

读者也应能明白为何带有这样心态的股民不可能在股市不断赚到钱。 新

股民有两个显著的特点：一，不贪；二，不怕。 “不贪”：他们只要有

一点利润就赶快卖股获利。“我昨天 10 元价进了 500 股，今天升到 11 元

，赶快卖掉，500 块钱能买不少菜呢。”只要股票的价钱升到他们的买价之上

，身上的每根 神经都在喊：“卖！卖！卖！ ”生怕明天跌回来怎么办？他们

不贪，满足于赚小钱。 “不怕”：假如不幸 10 元一股进的股票跌到 9

元怎么办？答案是：“真倒楣，被套牢了，等到反弹再说。”“套牢了不怕，

反正我也不急用，等就是了。”亏钱时他们不怕，他们决不愿亏小钱。挺令人

遗憾的是，就我的观察，80％以上的股民都无法从这个阶段毕业。问问你自己

有这样的心态吗？如果有的话，你学股的道路还很漫长。你还处在原始阶段。



2 摸索阶段

我自己在蛮干阶段大约待了半年，幸运的是，我居然在这阶段赚到钱，使我对

自己的悟性有极大的信心。或许这就是初始者的好运。这段时间我开始大量阅

读有关炒股的书籍。我知道这样蛮干是不对的，我开始试验“截短亏损，让利

润奔跑” 。首先我学习止损，我首先给自己 定个规矩，只要股票从我的买价

跌 1 美元，我就卖掉，以后这样的损失积累成很大的数目，股票常常一碰我

的止损价就回弹，我便傻乎乎地不断止损，小损终于加成大损。我明白 1 美

元的止损不对，我便开始把止损点放大，由 1 美元加到 10％，最后加到 20

％。这段时间持续了两三年。结果还是不行。举例说，30 美元的股票，我将

止损点定在 27 美元，股票升到 35 元，我就将止损点定在 31.50 美元。实

验的结果，我买卖的次数少了，但我常常是亏钱时在 27 美元卖股，赚钱在

31.50 美元出场。这样亏时亏 3 美元，赚时只有 1.5 美元，算算总账，还是

亏钱。 情况并不完全如此。当股价从 30 美元跌到 28 美元时，我总是

把止损点下移，有时移到 26 或 25 美元。我给自己定 10％的止损，在实际

中的损失常超出 10％的数目。我知道这样做不对，但我忍不住。我怕股价一

碰到 27 美元就反弹。这样的事情发生过很多次。当股票升时，我通常没有困

难在进价之上卖股。如 35 美元的股票跌到 32 美元，我不会将 31.50 美元

的止损价往下移，因为我已有 1.5 美元的利润。 最惨的是这段时间，我

试过专用基础分析来炒股，研究股票的盈利及公司资产值，研究成本收益比率

损，就是看不到盈利。止损把我止怕了。我还试过各种电脑的计算指标，如平

均线、威廉％、MACD 等等，没有 一样有效。结果总是不断地在止损。好不容

易偶尔赚次钱，也常因为止损点定的太低，没赚多少。这段时间我不仅将蛮干

阶段幸运地赚到的钱全赔了进去，还亏了一些老本。就是说我不仅白干了三年

，还亏了本。 别忘了，这段时间我是专职炒股，我把读到的、想像到的

各种炒股方式全试过，就是赚不到钱。我也将华尔街的各种各样的家训读到能

倒背的地步，在实际中似乎它们完全无效。你可以想像我是多么的彷徨。

我对炒股失去了信心，我决定试试自己在期货上的运气。我开始炒卖黄金、白

银、外币、黄豆、石油、小麦。那些在炒股中学到的规矩似乎也完全无效。期

货的人为操纵更厉害，我只是亏钱亏得更快。这时我的第一位女儿来到人间，

我感觉身上的责任重大。我真正地开始考虑是不是应该放弃了，该转行了！如

果付不起日后女儿上学的学费，我怎么向她交待？ 花了近四年的时间，

什么也没有得到，亏了老本，换来一大堆经验。如果离行另谋他就，这些经验

一钱不值，你可以想像我是多不甘心。期货炒卖是极特殊的行业，它不注重基

础分析，你说日元或黄豆应定什么价？它极其注重技术分析，其中特别重要的

是走势和阻力线及支撑线的要领。把这些概念放回股票，我突然感觉股票运动

其实有迹可循！我突然间觉得有灵光在脑海中闪耀。 让我先在这里停一

下。因为上述的阶段可以称为学股的摸索阶段。你如果还处在蛮干阶段，这本

书讲的一切对你可能太深，你还不明白我在讲什么。你如果正在摸索阶段，你

开始明白这本书。 摸索阶段的特点是你已多多少少明白炒股的行规。你

知道要止损，要让利润奔跑，但你还不清楚止损应怎么止。你用 10％或 20%

等机械的方法定止损点。有时你能办到，有时你又想方法不去止损。让利润奔

跑时你不知应让它跑多远，你不知怎么判定获利点。各种各样炒股的规则有时

道他们在蛮干，你知道不能那么干。你自己有时赚到钱，有时亏了钱，但你还

不明白为何亏钱，也不清楚怎么赚到了钱。你还没有有系统的买点和卖点，这

只股的成本收益比率很低了，那只股的红利比较高，张证券行推荐这只股，李

股评人看好那只股，你还在用自己的直觉加上” 应该不会错”的理由来买卖股

票。这些描述合适你吗？如果对的话，你还在摸索阶段。
3 体验风险阶段
摸索阶段的下一步是体验风险阶段。有时这两个阶段是同时进行的。遗憾

的是，体验风险阶段的你常要亏大钱，不亏上一两次大钱，你不会明白什么叫

风险，你也还不可能毕业。只有在亏钱亏得吃不下、睡不着的时候，你才会真

正地反思炒股为什么会有这些行规。也就是在这个时候，行规的意思变得很清

楚。有了这个经历，再去读读第三章第二节”资金管理（怎 样在股市下注）”

的内容，你就真正明白我在谈什么了。 我每次赚了大钱，随即常常来一

次亏大钱，因为每次赚了大钱，都让我自己觉得自己”懂了” 。这样的经历重

复了好多次。这或许就如同游泳一样，淹死的都是”自己觉得”会游泳的人。

那些知道自己不会游泳或真正知道怎样游泳的人通常不会淹死。 如果亏

大钱的经历发生在你的蛮干阶段，我对你深表同情。但如果你确确实实有了几

年的炒股经验，对研究股票及其运动规律下过苦功，这时亏大钱常常是你大成

之前的最后考验，请千万不要放弃！那些著名的炒股名家，在他们成”家”之

前通常都有一次甚至几次的破产经历。其中包括本书中提到的利物莫和巴鲁克

。在忍无可忍的时候，请再忍一忍。 回到我的故事。我炒股的最大挫折

，就发生在”有灵光在我脑海闪耀”之后。四年多，我白干了，股市对我而言

成了”没钱人学到很多经验”的地方。我不知多想快快地捞上一笔。其间有两

个星期，我亏掉 53000 美元。挫折不在金钱的数目，而在这次亏钱是完全不

应该的。按我的规则，我会亏掉 4000 美元左右，那是我止损的极限。但我注

下的太大，又不肯及时止损。我犯了不该犯的错误。我用希望取代了分析。我

自以为懂股票了，其实还不全懂。随后一个月，我开始整理自己的思路，总结

五年来的经验及教训，综合我这些年来的广泛阅读，结果就是这本书所说的一

切。这两年，我完全按照这本书所说的原理照办，每年的回报率都超过 100％

。需要说明的是：这样的回报是在极小的风险下取得的。日后是否还能持续这

样的回报，我不知道，但我知道我已定出了可行的炒股计划，只要按这个计划

做，我久赌必赢。区别只在赢多赢少，那同运气有些关系。
4 久赌必赢阶段

现在我们谈炒股的最后阶段，久赌必赢阶段。 一个可行的计划，不

能凭空想像，它必须有理有据。“理”就是数学的概率，如果你每次下注的赢

面超过 50%，而且你只下本金的小部分，不会为几次坏运气就剃光头，从长期

而言你是胜定了。道理和开赌场一样。“据”在于你知道怎样找临界点，在长

期的观察和实践过程中，你知道这些点是出入场的关键点，在这些点操作，你

的赢面超出 50%，再加上应用“截短亏 损，让利润奔跑”的原则，赢时赢大

的，亏时亏小的，你的获胜概率其实远远超出了 50%。 到久赌必赢阶段

，你不应对亏钱和赚钱有任何情绪上的波动。你对止损不再痛苦，你明白这是

游戏的一部分，你对赚钱也不再喜悦，你知道这是必然结果。你不再将胜负放

在心上，你只注重在正确的时间，做正确的事情。你知道利润会随之而来。

有些人认为股票的运动是可以预知的，有些说是不可以预知的。这两点都不

对，股票游戏是概率的游戏，没有百分之百这回事。只有随着经验的增加，你

才可能将预测股票运动的正确率从 50%提高到 60%、70%。就算你能有 70%的

正确率，若不遵循“截短亏损，让利润奔跑” 的原则，到头来可能还是白忙一

场。 到这个地步，你不再执着成本收益比率或红利之类死的东西，你在

用概率考虑问题。股票的大市怎么样？如果大市好，你买股的获胜概率增加了

。股票的成本收益比率或红利怎么样？如果有吸引力的话，你的获胜概率增加

了。这只股票本身的走势怎么样？如果正处在升势， 你买股的获胜概率增加了

。这只股票的运动用你的经验判定是否正常？是的话，你的获胜概率增加了。

还有其它许多考虑的因素，你都试着用概率来评估它们的功用。 你知道

股票运动在短期必受大户的影响。某著名股评人极力推荐某只股，你可以看看

这只股 票的技术图形，如果股票刚突破好的买入临界点，在此之前有被人暗中

囤积的迹象，你可以怀疑该股评人可能和某大户联手，想推高股价，但现在只

是推高的开始，你买入应还有段升高的路好走，获胜概率较大。如果这只股票

已暴升了很多，股评人还来这一手，则大约是在 找最后的傻瓜，你此时买股就

没有什么赢面。同样的“好消息” ，你已知道怎样分析及判断，你不再迷信“

权威” 。 这时候你已知道你为什么能赚到钱，你已有一套行动计划去重

复赚钱的经历，你也清楚为什么会亏钱，你已学会跌时止损，亏钱不再成为心

理负担。因为你知道亏掉的钱很快就能赚回来，到了这个地步，你知道你已能

够以炒股为生了。你会不会就此发大财，那要看运气。第七章“抓住大机会”

讲述了这样的机会及怎样抓住它。这样的机会可遇不可求，结果只有由上帝决

定。祝你好运，也希望你祝我好运。 炒股的知识是否到此为止？答案自

然是“否” 。炒家利物莫说他炒股四十年，每天都能从股市学到新东西。华尔

街有个说法：“你如果能在股市熬十年，你应能不断赚到钱；你如果熬了二十

年，你的经验将极有借鉴的价值；如果熬了三十年，那么你退休的时候，定然

是极其富有的人。”每个循环，炒股人的规则还是那些，但你对这些规则会有

更深的体会。你会找到更多的例外，你会区分在不同的环境怎样实施不同的规

则。 我在这里粗略地将学股分成蛮干阶段、摸索阶段、体验风险阶段和

久赌必赢阶段。不算我业余炒股的经验，这四个阶段花了我近六年的时间。我

研究过很多炒家的传记，他们的描述各有不同，但经历是相似的。能到久赌必

赢的阶段是学炒股的里程碑。到了这个阶段，你就能在这行待下去，等待大机

会。假如运气好，被你抓到几个大机会，你便从炒手升格为炒家。你可以就我

的描述估计一下自己现在处于什么阶段，还要多久才能毕业。你如果有一定的

悟性及对人性的认识，克服人性中的弱点不需花很多时间，因为你很清楚什么

是需要做到的，你只要尽力照做就可以了。最花时间的是怎么学着找临界点。

每个人对风险的承受力都不一样，找到的临界点也不一样。你必须综合考虑股

价、交易量、走势、新闻、大市、公司盈利、产品等因素。 我希望我能

更详细地解释怎样寻找临界点及应怎样在临界点附近操作，但这实在是一门艺

术，只可意会，难以言传。而且没有放之四海人人都适合的做法。我给你指了

方向，你可以就这个方向摸着石头过河。寻找临界点没有捷径，只有实验、失

败、再实验，无数次地循环往复。直到有一天，你能凭直觉抓住临界点，凭直

觉地运用本书所讲的所有规则，不再怀疑有无违反这、违反那，你就从有招的

新手进步成了无招的高手。

There's no good news ,which're supposed to appear, at all in the stock market.So I have to do "cut loss short" thing in the morning ,and I sold off my ETF50 and thank god only lost about 300 yuan. Now I'm gonna stay away from these freaky shares for a while until they're getting calm and at least not so crazy.he,he.

M- You're making him a frieze salad with goat cheese, pine nuts,wild rice,roast asparagus and salmon au croup.
R- I though I was making him filet mingon.

M- Yeah, you were, but you decieded to make salmon because you had some left over at the restaurant. And then you (points at Rach)realized that if you bitched about it , (points to herself) you would stop cooking, then (points to Rach) you would have to make your famous baked potato and Diet Cokes.

Monday and the last day of March of 2008. There is still not any ME coming on, depressing news ,isn't it? What I can do is hold my horses. This damn anxiety and vacuous agony are eating me alive simetime I'm at leisure .Spinning like a top,or I would fall down.That's it.

About english learning, recently I had an amazing discovery that all the newwords are getting easier and easier to remember. the key is , focusing on speaking and ignoring the spell.
then you can remember them easier and longer. and if you can speak it ,you can spell them out almost rightly .I 'm telling you, it works.

See, maybe I gotta stay up to finish today's english-learning work.I was disturbed that much by that crabby and freaky stock market. Y'know what, this market is just , she is kinda like a bitch and can easily dare to hold any astonishing posture beyond your imagination to seduce you. I decided finally not to get into it until it looks like a decent girl or just someone who doesn't lose her mind at least.

Now go back to the point . Here 's the only scene I can offer by now.

Almostly. I watch this scene of video (about 10 or more sentences) time after time in the first place, and then speak it time after time muting the video.Finally write down it from memory and check it out with the transcription.

April 4. Sunny. It's not a good idea to take a break for a while out of english learning. And it took me like a whole morning to get my attention back on this in a right mood. R- I don't know. I just told her it was stupid to put off the wedding just because the hall was gone, and she liked flipped out.

M- But Emily has probably been planning it since she was five. That's what we did! Time to talk nonsense:

It's sort of weird, y'know every time after talking with this oral teacher ,I gotta rest for a quite long time ,y'know I may vomit once I see or listen to english in the latest a couple of hours.

Get back to the point, now I think I probably know what I should do to promote my language level. With some right method that just fit myself, I gotta remind myself of working harder again and again, and if I keep moving and work hard in a positive way ,I can get what I want. Now I really have this self-confidence that I never had before.


Tomorrow is probably gonna be a tough day for that passive and lazy me but it would also be a good day for a diligent and cool and man enough and optimistic sparrow.
And y'know what, I have a big dream that I could get to express ,in english fully and smoothly ,what I want say before the middle of this year.

I have finally finished the season 4 just now. It's been 73 days since I decided to make an effort to promote my speaking ability. And I do make some obvious headway by now. Though the result is not like perfect, I'm so satisfied ,y'know what, the reality world has already teached me not to try and become a perfectionist.Yeah,I mean I 'm kinda proud of myself for a while. And also feel that I'm so lucky to meet some guys who give me the greatest help ever emotionally and mentally during my whole life english study experience. I just wanna say thank you so much and like to do some useful thing whenever I have that ability to do. Now it's like I just come into the right door and there's long long way to go. But I 'm quite sure that I can keep moving along this road , at least say, for 1 months. yeah only 30days I can promise.Step by step .one dream after another. Let 's see what would happen in the future.
Oh, and I thought chatting in english was a great thing once we already have some feelings for this language.BY now I think I'm not quick enough to use english smoothly but I also hope do something like leaving some message and getting answers back or vice versa.

I know what you mean .That's okey.Just a little thing I wanna mention that it seems that if "thank" acts as a verb ,I think it should be followed by an objective. I'm not quit sure. You can look up a dictionary or something to figure it out . Oh, I think maybe we can also use "appreciate" instead of "thank" ,like ,"I really appreciate you."--- "you" is wrong and should be" it" ; I really appreciate it. or appreciate your help or something.

I 've just picked some sentences up from 5*1 to learn . Here we go.

Speaking of sports and exercises, cycling and swimming are my favorite. But recently more and more cars are crowded everywhere in my city ,they 're even littered on almost all sidewalks and air pollutions are more and more severe.So I hardly go cycling any more, but I just wanna tell you, last year and the year before last year I used to ride bicycle more than 20 km per day and the effect was pretty obvious .That made me have two quite tougher thighs and better stamina than before.

These days I usually go swimming three of four times per week.And each time I cover 1000 meters by crawl style(free style) at a like middle or low speed. y'know what they always say,"Do you want a washboard stomach and rock hard pecs", I might say I almost got it if you're not so picky,at last in a smaller size,or quite smaller. ^^.
If I could really be in canada someday, I guess, I can imagine that I'd go cycling again ,plus such as mountain climbing ,hiking,
or ...whoa,

What an amazing work!!! I think photogray is a very good way of expressing myself except writing.

Where is my ME anyway？ Yesterday there're sixty-six colors in my bathroom. And the only color is blue,today. more and more blue bubbles today. I don't know what it will be tomorrow.

If I couldn't get to land canada, ,sometimes when I just lost my mind for a sec, I can't help wondering what's the meaningful ,what in the name of hell? Then I had to get over from that. Man ,there's no way to get back ,just move on and on and on ,and just believes that joy and fun are gonna welcome you after you 've got through such a

I've got it. I'm gonna give a try next month. I kinda figured out writing was also a good way to use when I was ,say, in a low level. It's just like ,y'know, writing is pretty easier to go deeper in your brain and have more time to think about. But speaking in this level usually just goes in a more shallow way like weather things and all that.

contiune to go with yesterday's topic. And go further a bit, something about emotional training. or like psyc training. Is there any such thing that really works ? I'm not quit sure. And also I happened to know such a training that I didn't have the guts to give it a try.

At midnight in silence you shut up all lights in your house and go straight in front of the bathroom mirror ,plus nobody nearby.
You get started with staring at the mirror in darkness ,try and watch the one in the mirror for about 10 or 15 minutes .They say in this way you can figure out the real yourself after many times training day after day.

At midnight in silence you shut up all lights in your house and go straight in front of the bathroom mirror ,plus nobody nearby.
You get started with staring at the mirror in darkness ,try and watch the one in the mirror for about 10 or 15 minutes .They say in this way you can figure out the real yourself after many times training day after day.

Oh yeah, y'know what, I was really worried about the possibility that ultimately a monster appeared in the mirror.^^ Was that the real me? My God. Who lost the mind , me or the mirror? All right ,get back to the point. Here 's a scene from memory.

Yeah, there's something that I 'd like to talk to you about . I just ,y'know I 'm trying to figure out what the real meaning of training ,of being strict with ourselves. Isn't it better ,y'know ,just to let it go,let our body , our mind , our instinct free? Obviously I don't think so, but why?

Wangshi ,the board chairman of Vanke who successfully climbed over Mount Everest in his fifties, once said that the meaning for climbing mountains was actually just to make him realize how comfortable living in town is , how precious the ordinary live is after experiencing such a torturing mount living. y'know what,having a chance to take a shower could make those guys cry and thank God.

With such a experience, maybe we would have a new brand mental power ,and a widen eyeshot . A new "you" would be born freshly.

I found that one of the most difficult things for a english conversation
might be how to express what you wanna say as simply as quickly as possible,but not be how many difficult and uncommon words and sentences you had learned. I mean, some simple sentences are as important as those difficult ones . And that is pretty likely for me to leave out. So scene learning ,I thought, should be better way than sentence learning method , and sentence learning is sure to be better than only remembering words.That's it .
Now ,today's first scene.

Rach- Hi, Pheebs. Okey ,so we just spoke to the nurse and the reason that your doctor is late is because she's not coming. ph- What?

Ross- Apparently she fell in the shower and hit her head.

Time to make conversation.

About psyc training ,I wanna say a bit more, yknow why, I'm upset about that ME thing these days. It's just that the whole things in future have been based on the supposed expectation that this immigration stuff is sure to turn into reality. Now,the idea,"What if it could blow?" ,kept disturbing me ,y'know these days you can always easily hear bad news ,little of this,little of that, just like a couple of bugs bite your heart gently,I mean , maybe you could not feel that at all untill the wound had started bleeding .

Fortunately, my sparrow mentor came over this morning and teach me on the top of a tall tree , "Life is difficult.That's the truth for every sparrow 's living. There's nothing to complain. Hey,bird, sometimes, you can't change anything but yourself. Look at this tall tree carefully and give it a hug and keep thinking about why that guy can live so long ? look like more than hundreds of years old. Thinking about it , that guy even can't move a tiny distance to get out of all of the awful things in ordinary days or spcial days There 's no shelter for those guy from sun burning,from storm of rain or snow, plus worm biting .... or so. I think immigration to canada would be beyond the guy's imagination. But this guy can live longer and happier than most of us , why? thinking about it , use your birdy brain. "

Tomorrow is saturday, I'm gonna review the first three episodes of Season 5 in the morning, y'know ,just like muting the those scenes and speaking aloud .And in the afternoon I 'm gonna take my oral lesson ,actually just chat to David ,that Uk guy .

I feel like I' m kinds on a clock as the deadline is coming. All this 'll end up on May 15. I can do the time. In this period , I 'v been working on the basic stuff of speaking english.
Apparently it turns out that oral language is pretty different from that stuff I had been taught from textbooks. there 's gonna be a long way to cover ,I 'm sure. Every one said labour was the hardest thing I'd ever have to do , But they were wrong this is . Now I already can feel a lot of fun with it. If happiness is the currency of life -- the true measure of success, how hefty is your happiness account? How abundant is your contentment? How much happiness can you afford to give? Do you hoard or hide your true desires? Do you resent others for their happiness and curse their rose-colored glasses? Here are seven ways to boost your levels of happiness, and therefore, your success.

1) It's Not the Goal that Matters

The purpose of naming long-term goals is to facilitate the enjoyment of the process. The journey on our way to the goal is made happier when we've envisioned our destination clearly in mind. Goals keep us from feeling aimless. But achieving the goal does not necessarily provide the happiness. Enjoy the journey -- including the struggles. Become WHO you want to be along the way so that the achievement of the goal isn't the most important effort, and doesn't leaving you feeling empty once the goals are in the past.

2) Happiness is the measure of success, but struggle is essential, too, as a catalyst for our growth. Give yourself a license to be human.

Fighting against the Law of Gravity does us no good. It's an immutable natural law. Likewise, we will only create unnecessary frustration for ourselves if we don't accept that struggle is a fact of life. Make a decision to change your life and the lives of your entire family by accepting your own painful emotions as human. Emotions come and go, like disappointment, anger, and sadness. Give yourself and others the permission to be human and experience these emotions as an important part of life, rather than resisting them with a fight.

3) When you feel a touch of depression coming on, the first step is to accept it.

Most often it is appropriate, after accepting the feeling, to try to turn our focus to the positive. What is going well in your life or in the world? What is easy for you to do right now that can calm you or cheer you. Maybe tidying up a corner of the house for ten minutes will make you feel the positive sense of accomplishment. Maybe the memory of an accomplishment from earlier in the week can bring a sense of fulfillment -- when you cleverly helped your child to overcome frustration, when you made that healthy choice to walk instead of taking the elevator, when you genuinely felt happy about anything.

4) Simplifying your life can bring more satisfaction to your day.

Can you think of a way to simplify your life and quiet the cacophony of modern life, which often distracts from the simple things that could otherwise bring happiness (like making a tent out of blankets with your kids)? After you identify the most important things in your life, try to find ways to eliminate the others -- through delegation, hiring help, or cutting down on outside activities or volunteer work.

5) Does it take a terminal illness to begin to appreciate life? For many people, it does.

Pretend you were just told that you had six months to live. Close your eyes and name three things in your world right now that you can be really grateful for. (Go ahead and name them right now, and feel how grateful you are.) Plan on feeling more thankful for those three things in the coming days, while remembering that life doesn't last forever.

6) Try Happiness Boosters

Making changes is sometimes hard, even if our goal is to become more joyful. For instance, when we are unhappy in our work and want to change careers, but are fearful of drastic steps. We could instead take small steps that could provide measured happiness in the meantime. Try a part-time position as a tutor instead of switching to teaching; volunteer or take up a hobby that gives a similar "boost" in happiness, before making drastic changes. If you want to make a big change in your life, try to identify 2 ideas that you could implement in the meantime to boost your happiness levels for an hour or two each week:

7) How to Deal With Negative Situations

With as little as three deep breaths we can reverse a stressful situation* (see resource below to learn how). Consider reminding yourself to take three deep breaths whenever you reach a red light or whenever you arrive at your desk or pull your car into your driveway at night. Deep breaths can instantly relax and reduce your stress. Additionally, keeping a gratitude journal can help diffuse the day's stress. Record in the journal a list of five things (no matter how big or how small) that you are thankful for every night. And, finally, remember to choose to focus on the positive each day. Positive people look not only at the trouble but also look at the positive in each situation. Identifying the strengths and opportunities in the world, coupled with an acceptance of the hardship and negativity, produces a more balanced view of life that can serve us well.

Remember, the world today gives wider publicity to the negative and so it becomes more important for us to be diligent to train our focus regularly on the positive. Listening to the news or reading the news in the morning, if it is filled with terrorism, fraud, and murder, can potentially start us on a downward spiral. It wires our brains in a certain way. Whereas, if we start the day reading uplifting and inspiring news stories, like those in the Good News Network website, we can launch a positive upward spiral that will impact the rest of our day and help us to stay happier and more contented.
