如题，俺联系保险公司要求开无出险和索赔证明，有关的人士倒是同意帮忙，但要求自己打印好中英文的证明，他们只管盖章。
有朋友可以提供格式内容的参考样本么？先谢谢啦。

我用的是这个样板，把自己的资料套进去就行了。另外，最好要主管人士或者经办人的亲笔签字，国外认这个。
