只有一张纸，重要的信息要求是：
As the principal applicant, you are required to collect the 2 visa(s) in person, within 60 days of this letter's date. For security reasons, only you may pick up the visa(s)（必须是主申请人本人在此信签发日６０天内亲自取签）. ............
You may collect your visas at this office any Monday to Thursday, with the exception of public holidays. Admittance to the waiting area will take place between 1:15 and 2:00pm only. You will be required to present this letter, your passport, and the passports of all accompaning family members at that time（取签时需要出示取签信，本人护照，及其它家庭成员护照）
Normally the visas will be issued by 5:00 that day.
Visa collection may be made by the principal applicant only(可以仅主申请人取签）
Each passport must contain at least three(3) blank pages for visa（每个护照必须至少留贴签证的３张空白页）
All Visas will feature the passport numbers that you have provided for your file. （取签时所用护照号码必须与申请时表格中一致）If you present a new passport, a document replacement fee will be charged（如提供新护照，需收取额外费用）；same day service will normally be provided, however, should unforeseen difficulties arise, we will advise you once your visa is ready for pick -up （通常当天即可以办理更换护照签证的服务，但如有不可预测的困难发生而未能办理此服务，我们将另行通知您取签时间）
You must report to this office in writing any changes in your travel documents, family configuration and marital status before collecting your visas. This includes all births, deaths, marrigaes, divorces, new custody arrangements and adoptions involving you and you and or your dependants. Should you not do so, a document-replacement of other appropriate fee will be required. In any case, do not attempt to pick up your visas with this pick-up letter as it will be deemed invalid.
