帮我做个决策，关于给中介打工

我现在在一家小公司，hourly contract,一周干四天（过一段时间可能增至一周五天），工资还算不错，而且只要我不辞职，应该能干2-3年没有问题。最近有一家中介给我找了份六个月的contract，是一家大公司，工资会比现在高一些，而且行业前景很好，专业对口。但是我需要跟中介签合同，他们付我工资，我去给客户（那家大公司）干活。
我现在拿不定主意，不知道这种给中介打工的方式在加拿大是不是非常普遍，权衡利弊，请大家帮我做个决策，先行谢过！

Yes. If you're single and confident with your skills, better be a contractor for a long term. There are lots of advantages. PM me, maybe we can share some experience.

我个人觉得给中介打工无所谓的，无论在国内或者在国外，这种企业通过中介雇佣员工的现象挺普遍的，关键是工作的内容是否喜欢，有发展
