If your spouse, partner or accompanying dependent child lives with you in Canada>>

This application is for spouses or common-law partners of Canadian citizens or permanent residents who wish to apply for permanent residence while both the sponsor and the applicant are residing in Canada.

Mail the application to the Case Processing Centre in Vegreville, Alberta.

官网上其实没有专门针对境内孩子团聚的文件，网上写的境内团聚基本上还是针对配偶以及配偶和孩子同时团聚。
但是，境内孩子团聚，有人用境外表格，有人用境内表格，都有成功先例。
我自己认为，应该用境内表格更说的过去，因为网上有楼主摘取的那句话，只是填表时要费费脑筋，因为没有专门针对孩子的，填的时候有取舍的问题。
