在网上交费时突然发现，CIC上网上交费只显示
Immigration Applications for Persons in Canada ，我不在加拿大，老公在加拿大，是应该先FAMILY CLASS下面的选项呢，还是应该Spouse and Common Law Partner In Canada Class 这项的呢，虽然两个选项的钱数额是一样的。

首先团聚移民应该选Spouse and Common Law Partner In Canada Class，因为你是spouse。其次，这个费用是不是应该你老公在这边替你交？

LZ应该在国内吧？境外申请选FAMILY CLASS，在加境内申请才选Spouse and Common Law Partner In Canada Class。
