0711 Construction Managers


Construction managers plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the activities of a construction company or a construction department within a company, under the direction of a general manager or other senior manager. They are employed by residential, commercial and industrial construction companies and by construction departments of companies outside the construction industry.

• A university degree in civil engineering or a college diploma in construction technology is usually required.

• Extensive experience in the construction industry may substitute for post-secondary education requirements.

大家讨论一下：什么样的人符合建筑经理的要求，难道只有那些工程项目经理和建筑公司老总们够条件吗？

另外大家重点看看红字部分第二条，分析一下项目管理硕士学位是必要条件吗？

总的感觉能够符合条件的人太少了，即便符合条件但又有几个愿意去万里之外的加国哪，可以想象这些人在本行业中都是有一定地位且属于高收入的人群了。

俺理解：这个是建筑工程方面的。比如结构师、项目施工管理、监理、土建工程师、安装工程师（不管是桥梁、水利、公建、民建、路桥的应该都算）。不过个人认为，不是这个专业的最好不要往上靠，怕他们接下来会搞一个提交相关资质或者证书的东东，那可就麻烦了，这个技术性太强了。。。

翻译：建筑经理在公司总经理或其他高级经理人员的指导下，计划、组织、指导、控制、评估建筑公司或建筑部门的行为。他们被民用住宅、商业和工业建筑公司所雇佣。
从以上解释看，建筑经理应该是侧重与管理方面，那么各类专业工程师往上靠就有些牵强了，如果要靠也是2131 civil Engineer 或2264 construction inspectors。

施工经理阿，就是工地上（好听一点的就是项目经理）的包工头。会做土建施工的都可以做，他们按照建筑师给的图纸来施工，主要管买施工材料，管理施工人员，安排施工机械，安排施工进度，验收施工质量，向业主，监理，设计院汇报。我是中国一级注册建筑师，对这个还是有所了解的。

至少是土木工程就肯定没问题，水利工程也一样，也要有土木工程啊，所以就可以申请

只从事的工作性质符合还不够还要符合一下几条
1.建筑类学院毕业要求毕业证和学位证书。
2.项目管理可能还要求硕士学位
3.在住宅、商业、工业建筑方面的若干年工作经验
4.建筑行业的资质证书。（估计就是国家注册的监理师和建造师等证书）

我理解 你的工作应该是属于建筑经理范畴的，但还要结合你自己的个人情况，如工作单位 和所学专业，毕业学校等

这个技术性不强，但要了解各方各面的知识和经验。项目施工管理是在这方面，但结构师、监理、土建工程师、安装工程师（不管是桥梁、水利、公建、民建、路桥的应该都算）都不算0711。

这个很难回答你，具体要看你的详细职务。

Generally the Construction Manager is the "Boss" at site, and might be reporting to the Project Manager or a Senior Manager in the office.

The Construction Manager is stationed at site, with the assistant of the QA/QC personnel, Site Engineers, Site Administrators, Site Supervisors, Storekeepers, etc to run the project.

The Construction Manager may be in the capacity of the Project Manager, if there role is in-charge of the construction activities at site. Then, this Project Manager (Construction) may have the assistance of his counter-part act as a Project Manager (Engineering).

If you are the "Boss" at site and manage the site construction activities, then you have a high chances fall in the category of 0711.

0711 可以不是本科生，一般要求只是大专生或者拥有10年以上的施工管理经验。

如果你劳工的职务是civil engineer，那就是civil engineer，不是0711

职务是的。。。job title 有时不是。
我每个项目的job title 都不一样
Project Manager, Project Manager (Construction), Deputy Project Manager (Construction), Assistant Project Manager, Construction Manager, Site Manager, Construction Superintendent, Chief Resident Engineer, Lead Construction Coordinator.....

具体看项目的大小和合同对职务的要求

深入讨论一下，项目管理公司的项目负责人或监理公司的总监理工程师（其实现在许多监理公司已经改换为项目管理公司了，管理公司的项目负责人和总监理工程师在职责上是相近的，当然项目负责人的责权范围要更大一些）另外就是房地产公司的负责工程和合同的部门经理 认为也可以列入0711的范围 ，因为这些人的职责范围都和0711中规定较符合。

项目管理公司的项目负责人具体要看职务，但一般不是项目管理，不是施工管理。项目管理(Project management)和施工管理(Construction Mangement)是两个不同的职务。

在市场上这么多不同的项目合同类别，很难说单凭说项目管理公司的项目负责人是0711。我指的合同类别是Design & Build, EPC, turnkey, design, construction, engineering 等等的合同，或者管理公司的合同只是管理工程采购合同。那么这个管理工程采购的项目管理公司的项目负责人就不是0711

监理公司(Supervision Company) 的总监理工程师(Chief Supervision Engineer) 不是0711！

房地产公司的负责工程和合同的部门经理，，这个我不清楚！具体要看职务！

你说得对。。。能够符合条件的人太少了。。

即便符合条件但又有几个愿意去万里之外的加国哪。。。这个就不全对了，因为我们这个行业的人是跟着工地跑的。。去那里都一样的。。。

可以想象这些人在本行业中都是有一定地位且属于高收入的人群了。。。这句话嘛。。和民工比起来。。是对的。我们比民工的收入高，地位没人去理会的。毕竟民工享受不了他们为社会繁荣所付出的努力，我们能享受到！

说白了，这次公布的职位都很冷门，VO也不会把建筑师，甲方项目经理列入0711。还是让真正0711去申请吧。硬要混也可以拉，就去混混看吧，最多最后说搞错了，有什么关系。我想加拿大过两年也许还会开放(现在和我们以前闭关锁国也差不多了)的。别急，等等再说，本来也要等的(等各3-5年才拿到枫叶卡)。不急不急，在国内赚够钱再去吧。不过加拿大也很坏，现在是去投资的好时机，人民币这么高，200-300万人民币就可以买比较好的房子了，国内根本买不到，还有70年的产权限制，那里土地是属于你的，地主的生活是不用忧愁的，有5套房子，你什么事都不要干了，吃瓦片吧。。。

Lz没有明白我的意思，我是说Lg当时7月申请的时候还没有0711这一职业，而我LG本来就是项目经理，当时只好按照civil engineer 来申请了，因为中介的人说：人家是要求技术移民的，要强调技术，而不看管理，所以当时就按照中介的说法递了表，现在有跑出来个 construction manager ,那当然是更加贴切了，所以现在不知道怎么办？看来只能是等了

47楼的tz说的对，除非特别着急着去加拿大做贡献，否则在两可之间的tzm还是安心在这边苦干几年吧，相信这次的新政出台只是为了解决前期积压的庞大案例，两三年之后（也许都用不了）政策就得放宽了。君不见227之前提交申请而没在列表里的都在慌不择路的往外跑吗！我想这正是加拿大移民部门想看到的情景吧！
藉此分析，我想对于是否符合急需工作列表的申请，vo们一定会用最严格的标准来把关的。不知道分析的对否。请大家发言指正。

光有证还是不够地，要看你在什么岗位了，移民官们审查的重点可能就在于此。建议仔细研究一下0711的职业定位

hehe!你说的对了。我做的项目一般没有公开招标的。

一般很大部分都是ADB, World Bank, JBIC, 或者外国给与中国项目的贷款。

这些牵涉到国际贷款，一般都是以FIDIC合同文本为主。

你说的对，国内施工单位的项目经理、业主（建设）单位的项目经理、监理单位的总监理工程师（或者总监代表）。

只有牵涉到国外贷款项目或者国外施工单位才有“施工经理”一般要求在这职位上有10年工作经验！

如果这些项目不需要国内招标，那么就需要国际招标！

在国际招标的文本里，一般都有Construction Manager的要求。

除非是牵涉到大项目， 或者牵涉到外方，不然就像fglzyf说的一样，没有什么笼统的“施工经理”的说法的。

因为项目验收不需要“施工经理”盖章。而国内的施工经理的地位不高，有时项目根本没有这个职位！

我也是这么理解的，我老公是工民建大专+在职MBA原来，开始想用civil engineer，但发现是需要工科学士学位的，最后确定用0711，而且他也是从事相关工作的。

Lz没有明白我的意思，我是说Lg当时7月申请的时候还没有0711这一职业，而我LG本来就是项目经理，当时只好按照civil engineer 来申请了，因为中介的人说：人家是要求技术移民的，要强调技术，而不看管理，所以当时就按照中介的说法递了表，现在有跑出来个 construction manager ,那当然是更加贴切了，所以现在不知道怎么办？看来只能是等了

我们是06年11月递表，用的就是0711，不过和新证这个紧缺职业表有关系吗

自11.28日以来喧闹的论坛逐渐平静下来了，我想大家激愤的心情也该平复了吧。除了极少数的幸运儿的命运将会出现转折外，大部分的tz的生活还将沿着原来的轨迹继续前行。。。其实也大可不必太当回事，即便出去了也未必就怎么样！如果有实在想出去的tz也不必灰心。现在正好有了从容做准备的时间，说白了这个227新政不过是解决申请人数大量积压的临时措施，正好趁此机会给自己把电冲的足足的，腰包装的满满的，等政策一变。咱们就可以拔腿就走了 ...嘿嘿！ 切莫着急、抱有侥幸心理、做假拼命的把自己往什么狗屁紧缺列表里硬塞，弄不好把自己以后的路子都断了，就得不偿失了！

只从事的工作性质符合还不够还要符合一下几条
1.建筑类学院毕业要求毕业证和学位证书。
2.项目管理可能还要求硕士学位
3.在住宅、商业、工业建筑方面的若干年工作经验
4.建筑行业的资质证书。（估计就是国家注册的监理师和建造师等证书）

我当初是一不留心写下了“0711”。CIC上讲到三个条件：38种NOC之一；从事此职业一年以上；在十年之内。我的申请简表里写明从事这个职业时间只有半年，但收到了使馆要求提交全套申请的email。有点儿担心。我换过几个工作，这是我从事时间最短的一个工作。我的Title写的是“Construction Superintendent"。
