一般来说，使馆审理文件的程序如下：入表---发档案号，等待初审---进行文件初审---如需补料使馆会发补料通知，如需面试使馆会发面试通知---发体检表，交登陆费---发签证。根据案子的复杂程度，您的案子可能会由不同的移民官进行不止一次审理。

14是排队等候审理，
12代表档案调阅中，
10是进入初审状态，
8是指已收到你本人或他方递交的材料，
5的意思才是要求你补材料，
3的含义是使馆已做出最终决定。
进程反复是因为调阅档案后需要对所调阅的档案进行审理，这个过程有时是反复多次的。需要说明的是，使馆的网上进度查询更新很慢，进度查询需要使馆人员手工更改，有时你查到的并非最新进度，所以还是以使馆的信函为准。

显示DECISION MADE ，不是代表你已经通过，而是说已经对你的案件下了结论，可能是发签证也可能是拒签。 DECISION MADE+MEDICAL RECEIVED后，一般情况下再等3到6个月就可以拿到签证了，但是，在拿到签证前使馆的背景调查会随时进行，如果背景调查出现问题，仍有拒签的可能。
