As long as your English is strong enough and you graduate from college, you will find nursing job.Otherwise, you can't.
The suggestion is that you should improve your English fluently as well as your native language.

Since you already hold 美国注册护士执照, you just need to apply to one of the Canadian provincial nurses colleges, get evaluated, sit the Canadian national nurse exam (except in Quebec), and finally get the canadian RN diploma. When all this is done, you can find job wherever you want.
don't worry, the nurse job prospect is still good in Canada.
By the way, what is your hourly pay in US? Here in Canada, the entry-level nurse pay is around 20, the highest pay for senior nurses is around 30-35.

能找到。The center of Newcomers www.bowvalleycollege.ca http://www.bowvalleycollege.ca/directions.htm

Right now in Ontario unionized RNs start from 28.5$/hr (full time=1950hrs/annum), and RNs with 9 years of experience are getting 40.5$/hr. If you work on shifts you would receive around 1~1.5$ more/hr for premium.
In the US RNs make about 65k on average, which is lower than the 75k in Canada. However since there's a much bigger income gap between the states down south, RNs who work in rich places like California would be expecting around 40$ (not too sure about that but I doubt they can make 45$+ on average though). But you have to keep in mind that places like California are very expensive to live.
