it's ture! customer service job is very emotional, but you will be used to it later, it's just job, not the life.
When I was doing service job, I only remember any nice words, good details or people, and forget any bad words and people.
I believe the attitude affects the life. If the customer who often spoke bads word and behave rudely to other people, it only means they are looser in their real life.

呵呵,深有同感。做客服比我们sales要惨多了。我们有时候对无理的客人还可以说"i don't need your business"赶他们走。
我有个朋友是在Rogers做customer service rep的,每天接到无数无可奈何的电话哈哈,加拿大尤其难缠的客人有以下几种:
1.老人
2.教育程度比较低但是赚钱比较多的(比如说开公车的啊,道路维修工人啊等等)、喜欢讲粗口且自以为超牛逼的那些人
3.英文语言习惯不同的,如印度、巴基斯坦、中东地区的人
4.理解能力极差的人
