联邦技术移民指南里关于Factor 5-Arranged employment最多10分加分的问题，请教一下？

罗列了以下三个条件：

You have a full-time job offer that has been confirmed by Human Resources Development Canada (HRSDC);

Your employer has made an offer to give you a permanent job if your application is successful.

You meet all required Canadian licensing or regulatory standards associated with the job.


Note:

You cannot arrange for an HRSDC confirmation. Your employer must do this.

HRSDC will only confirm job offers for occupations listed in Skill Type 0 or Skill Level A or B of the NOC.


关于第二点“Your employer has made an offer to give you a permanent job if your application is successful.” 是否有任何加拿大公司提供一个Permanent Job Offer就可加分，是否有特别的规定？

第二点与第一点“You have a full-time job offer that has been confirmed by Human Resources Development Canada (HRSDC)”的区别是不是就是HRSDC审核的问题？

以上三个条件是全部满足，还是满足其中之一？
