【原创】What is Quebec City like?

It is said that Quebec City is very beautiful and peaceful. I want to live there. I do not like big cities - a lot of parties and bars. I want to live in a moderate city and have a quiet life.Could you guys give me any idea of the life in Quebec City? Is it very cold in winter? What is the average rent for a one-bed room? And how much will a four-bed-room house cost? Will it be difficult for me to get a job there? I am now working for Yahoo as a product manager. Thanks!
