里面提到如果孩子不被examined的话, 以后将无法申请孩子移民(family class). 我的情况是这次孩子不跟我走(先跟前妻), 等我在加settle down之后再申请孩子. 请问我如何才能保证孩子的情况被VO examine?

是说如果你对孩子没有监护权，vo就不会把他作为你的共同申请人对待。将来你也不能作为sponsor申请孩子以家庭团聚方式移民。

所以我的理解是你要先得到孩子的监护权才能带孩子一起去。至于登陆时候先不带孩子是可以的。但是孩子一样有登陆有效期，最起码要在这段时间内短登一次。并且符合5年住满2年保持他永久居民的身份。
