现在北京使馆官方网站上的S2补料清单文件是E3755（2008年8月版），很多今年3、4月补料的人用的是SW_DOCUMENT_LIST_EN，并且拿到了me。两个版本有些区别，E3755没有要求税单和社保，也没有明确要求清华认证，但是要求有地址标签和副申的推荐信。我现在在犹豫，到底用哪个补料清单啊？

补料信是悉尼发的,提供的联接是CIC网站上的北京visa office specific form,正确名字应该是叫IMM 7155E(08年8月版).但是如果你发邮件问大使馆,大使馆会跟你说按北京大使馆自己网站上的补料清单SW_DOCUMENT_LIST_EN,因为最近审理你的CASE的是大使馆而不是悉尼,所以应该按大使馆要求做.之前大家都是这样做并得到ME了.
现在又吵起来,是因为北京大使馆的网站联接出问题了.当点federal skill work时会出现页面错误.所以很多人就认为是大使馆撤掉了这个联接.有些新同子甚至来不及看北京提供的清单长什么样.
我个人认为,应该只是网站的联接出现问题而不是大使馆不让人下载了.如果不让人下载,为什么不干脆去掉这个联接,而是留一个错误页面的提示.正在补料的同子,应该给大使馆写信提醒他们这个问题修复网站.至于这个清单,问已经补料的同子要吧.要是不信也可以按悉尼提供的清单做,那里面是没有提到清华认证的.你看看补料后大使馆会不会追你要清华认证就知道那个清单为准了.

看来版主也要好好学英语啊，E3755明确提到要认证学历，只是没有提到清华认证，而清华的认证是移民指定的机构，不说也应该知道吧。还有，紧缺的要配偶也要交工作证明，可能这就是和91的区别吧。

从紧缺发S2以来看，都是指向E3755，建议就按要求做吧，总之两种类别肯定有不同处，就不要再和91的看齐了，做自己的吧！

如果真能按E3755做就太好了，因为去专门的机构办理税单和社保太麻烦了。期待按照E3755办理的同志的新消息。

也不麻烦，现在这两个机构为了迎合日益增多的移民和留学形势，所做的工作还是不错的，而且也不收费，只是我们多跑点腿罢了。虽然感叹他们工作环境和待遇的优越，但这正是我们移民的动力所在，每去一次相关部门，动力功夫就增加一成，热血也随之沸腾......

兜兜转转,终于又找到SW_DOCUMENT_LIST_EN,你们自己去看看吧,清华认证是CADGEDC,跟普通的学历公证不一样.这个SW_DOCUMENT_LIST_EN前面可是很清楚写明了,Information on changes to Federal Skilled Worker Immigration,后面写明适用227后.On November 28th, 2008 the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism issued instructions identifying which applications under the Federal Skilled Worker Class are eligible to be processed.
英语好的不好的自己去看.别告诉我看完你还找不到.

那个联接坏很久了,不过还有一个联接,比较隐蔽,就在上面我提供的联接里.

加拿大移民政策不清不明、矛盾的地方很多，不值得再去讨论它了。

91的朋友只要按照SW_DOCUMENT_LIST_EN补料，陆陆续续都有结果了。没有必要非要去和91前的旧政一一对应，过不去。

紧缺类的也只要按照接收的补料指示做即可，看懂它的每一个指示照办就行了，同样不要和91新政字字较劲，有不清楚的再参考OP06即可。

关于那个链接失效就是为了免让无关的人混淆资料，专心以收到的指令为准。所以只有收到补料的91者直接点击收到的信中的链接才会非常顺利打开。

227新政和91新政,在材料准备上的区别,只是91新政的预申请是填个简表递大使馆,227新政的填四个表递悉尼预审.到了S2都是在大使馆审理,所以材料清单也要以大使馆的为主.91新政和227新政S2的准备材料,是一样的!这是几个同子发邮件问大使馆的结果.
nash和learnh都是227的先行者,听他们的,没错.下面是中文版的联接.

我也是按SW_DOCUMENT_LIST_EN补料,有两个问题我比较困惑:
(1)1.1 (a) Application for permanent residence in Canada completed and signed by each:
- the principal applicant,
- the spouse or common-law partner;

这句话的意思是申请人的爱人也要填一份,并签名.可是觉得没有这个必要啊.

(2)Additional family information and Details of education and employment completed and signed by each: Click here to download the form
- the principal applicant,
- the spouse or common-law partner,
- each dependent child 18 years of age or over.
同样,这句话的意思也是要求申请人的爱人也要填一份这个家属表,还有大于18岁的孩子,并签名.可是从这个表上看都是需要申请人本人填啊.
有同样经历的筒子们给解答一下啊......
