那两份材料是公司的福利，公司给职员的家属提供额外的保险。不是退休账户。
我在公司自己填写了公司的表格，有HR部门替我办好相关手续，所以我本人不需要办额外的事情。很抱歉，没能帮上你的忙。
不过，以我的个人感觉，还是最好自己亲自去问相关保险公司，我的建议是不要问中国华裔的保险经纪人，问西人我觉得比较放心。
