老生常谈之一:我不是38职业, 可以申请吗? 是不是最多慢一点?
答案: 不是. 所谓227新政的意思就是说
38职业之外的, 不办理, 不办理, 完全不办理.
不是等, 不是排队, 不是优先级低, 而是完全不办理.
而38职业之内的, 加速办理. 速度从原来的平均3-5年变成1年多
可以说, 227新政把国人的电脑职业方面的大门已经牢牢关闭 只留下IT Manager一个而已
什么web admin, database admin, software design, software testing, network expert, hardware design, multimedia design...统统干光了.
什么是227新政? 这就是227新政.

Skilled workers and professionals: Who can apply
Skilled workers are people who are selected as permanent residents based on their ability to become economically established in Canada.
Federal skilled worker applications received on or after February 27, 2008 are now assessed for eligibility according to a set of instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism.

Your application will be reviewed in three steps.
1. According to the Minister’s instructions, your application is eligible for processing if:
* you have an offer of arranged employment, OR
* you are a foreign national who has been living legally in Canada for one year as a temporary foreign worker or an international student, OR
* you are a skilled worker who has at least one year of experience in one or more of the occupations listed here. ( 38种职业 )

老生长谈之二 雅思评分新规定以及换算移民的方法.
首先总分无意义. 各个单科成绩才有意义.
雅思分换算移民分
雅思分为下面的, 则评价为高, 得移民4分
听 7.5 或以上 (要求较高)
说 6.5 或以上
读 6.5 或以上
写 6.5 或以上
比上面稍差一些的, 则是评价为中, 得移民分2分.
听 5.5-7
说 5.5-6
读 5 - 6
写 5.5 -6
再比中更差一点的, 就是雅思分很差的, 评价为低, 不讨论了. 英语那么差, 还是先提高提高再考虑移民的事吧, 否则去到了也是混吉啊...
一般认为, 雅思要拿两高, 两中, 则比较好了. 当然能拿四个高的都是高手了.
例如, 雅思成绩为听7.5, 说6, 读6, 写6 , 则是1高3中, 得移民分4+2+2+2 = 10分.
