Sorry I can't entry in Chinese. But what you said is really true.
Three years ago when we first came here, I bought a rogers cell phone at a rogers store very near from RongChangHang. And I spent two years to negotiate with rogers for an extra charge of more than $800. This matter is still not resolved yet but it is certainly the staffs there steal to use my phone number for their own use.
