The successful applicant must possess a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalency (e.g. GED)
plus two years of experience in Property Management responsible for a Portfolio of at least 350 units, including substantial experience in dealing in person with tenants in very stressful and/or difficult situations as well as knowledge and experience in practical application of the Residential Tenants Act (RTA).
The successful applicant must provide their own vehicle and have a valid Class 5 Operator's License (or provincial equivalent) with no more than six demerits and no current suspensions or charges pending. A Drivers Abstract will be required.
