为什么华人很少学Property Manager

看工作机会Property Manager需求很大,学起来也不费劲,为什么华人很少进入这个行业呢?另外想做房地产财务的在哪个学院学什么专业比较对口,请行家给讲讲,我在温哥华

在monster.ca上看了看,这个职业好像主要是跟人打交道。要解决租赁合同中租户违反合同的地方,收欠款什么的。如果语言不好,沟通能力不强,做起来似乎就有点吃劲了。

摘了几条做参考:

“ collect overdue rent, prepare files for court action, deal with overholding tenants, and;
ensure all tenants comply with the Lease Agreement and the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA);

continual one to one contact with tenants both in their homes and in the office to resolve issues

around rent collections, budgeting, community concerns and adherence to the RTA;

investigate and mediate complaints from and between tenants and community”

The successful applicant must possess a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalency (e.​g.​ GED)

plus two years of experience in Property Management responsible for a Portfolio of at least 350 units, including substantial experience in dealing in person with tenants in very stressful and/​or difficult situations as well as knowledge and experience in practical application of the Residential Tenants Act (RTA).​

The successful applicant must provide their own vehicle and have a valid Class 5 Operator's License (or provincial equivalent) with no more than six demerits and no current suspensions or charges pending.​ A Drivers Abstract will be required.​

如4楼,我也知道大体就是干这些事,但好象也不是太困难吧.毕竟解决纠纷有理有据,不是谈判或说服别人,按法律规章办就是了.我也见过一些东欧的人做这一行,好象英语也就那么回事吧

你的说法就等于想用道理压死人,这不是和客户打交道的方法。而且即使是有理有据你也要讲解让人家明白啊,你不能拿出规章条文让别人自己去研究去的。
