令加拿大每年损失５０亿加元。为此，加拿大政府在这个月发表的新财政预算案中将增加拨款，
以改善协助新移民落地生根的服务。

i will only stay in canada after i get the visa. i can't afford to pay for the airfare, because i have paid all MY money to the universities. he he he. now i am very broke.
