我是新手求助大家第一官方语言和第二官方语言是怎么回事？谢谢了

大家好；出来乍到，有初级个问题求教大家！
评分表里的语言能力项提到了第二官方语言
请问第一语言能力指的是英语吧，那第二语言指的是什么语言呢？如果第二语言不是汉语和英语，那我在此项上的分数最高也指是16分，我理解的对吗？ 请大家指教！谢您了！

指的是法语吧。

第一官方语言是英语，第2官方语言是法语

大本－－－20分
年龄－－－10分
工作经验－21分（毕业快四年了，分别在两家公司干过－一年和三年）私企
51分～～天啊！
语言要得16分（第二语言法语不懂，应该是0分吧！）那也就是满分！？
大侠们救命啊，帮我分析看看还有什么更多的争取机会！？～～别的我不太清楚，好像不太可能加分了吧。。。

补充一下，如果要学法语加分，要达到什么水平才能得最低的每项1分共四分，而英语的最高每项四分与常说的雅思的5.5分或6分有什么换算关系吗？

如果有，分数54分，差13分。。。
后面的～～不敢算了要，三个7多一分，两个7少一分啊，看来要学法语加分了？！难啊～～～！

移民局不鼓励大本移民，所以大本的分数才会低于大专。配偶大专3年可以加4分，所以泥还差12分，雅思要考2个7分，这个并不是很困难哦。泥可以先试考一下，实在不行再想办法学法语

for applicants who are single:

migrate to australia: < AUD$ 1280 plus your qualification must be assessed by australian government authorities and you will have to pay for that. (not cheap).

the point is: when you apply for migration to australia, you have to pay the full fee first, non-refundable. why you apply for migration to canada, you only pay the first charge, non-refundable. the second charge should be paid only when you get the visa.

1280和1500CAD差不多了。不过听说加国比澳国要好一些

australia is better than canada. the weather is nice. GDP per person is much higher. the government gives you AUD$3000 for having one child now. cool huh? they encourage people to have more kids now.

australia is a very beatiful country. i love it. it is a pity that i can't stay here.
