I am writing this letter to explain a situation surrounding my passport. I have gotten a new passport (NO.GXXX to replace old passport (NO.XXX). I will send back (by DHL and FAX) the photocopy of my two sets of passports to let you check.
I am eager to get the pick up letter for visa. If the visa is ready, we plan to go to Canada for landing very soon. Your favorable considerations of our application are very highly appreciated.

My name is XXX, file number is XXX. According to your requirement in the last FAX (04/01/05) I have received, I explain the reason for the replacement of my passport as following:
I am technical sales engineer of international marketing dept. of XXX And I had been a XXX in Singapore Office for about two years. I had made many business trips to Hong Kong, Malaysia , Thailand ,Singapore and Australia.
I have run out of blank visa pages on my old passport, although it does not expire until April 2007. I have to get a new passport (NO.XXX) to replace old passport (NO.XXX) because my old passport has not a blank page.
I am terrible sorry to make you so inconvenience. I will send back (by DHL) all the photocopy of my visa pages in the old passport to let you check. Thank you very much for your time and consideration on my case.
