I just told the fact. I want to find out the reason as well. The only reason I figure is the regular charity organizations do care about the volunteers. As long as you'd done a good job, and serve for a period of time. They, or their partner organazations have paid positions available, they will come to you. This happened to some of my friends who did volunteer job for different organizations. It never happened to the friends who did volunteer job for the chinese community organization.
