我在英国留学, 读MBA今年毕业, 我前段时间随意询问了几家移民公司, 他们说根据我以往的学历工作情况我现在就可以移民. 那我想问下, 第一, 移民是否通过移民中介比较好? 如果他们象留学中介一样, 也就是提供个CHECKLIST (他们都是先提供服务后付款),是否就是没太大意义. 第二, 我在英国申请是否会容易一点, 还是和回国申请没有差别. 第三, 我在英国已经找到份工作, 现在先估计可以拿到两年的WORK PERMIT(或者是假设). 海外工作经验是否对移民有积极作用. 第四, 我如果DIY申请, 是否肯定要考IELTS. 问题太多, 如有一一回答将不胜感激.

you can only submit to beijing or hong kong office if you are a citizen in china. unless you are a permament residence in another country for 1 year at least.

英语水平证明 can only prove your reading and writing skills in english.

so you still need IELTS (general) to prove your listening and speaking skills.
