有是应该有的，但是1，对市场把握不准，真担心血本无还。
2，看过家园有朋友买杂货店经营的（包括我小叔子），生活很有保障，但是跟自己的专业相距甚远。这同时也要权衡：要死守专业还是要基本生存？

目标市场及份额，前期投入及成本。。。。。。。。。小笼包子卖给谁？一天能卖几屉？店面多大？资金回笼多快？毛利多大？费用多大？卫生防疫有啥要求？消防安全有啥要求？通风污染有啥要求？营业执照办理？

I am planning to start my own business out there in Toronto though i haven't decided where to take off. I may start it with offering the service of landscape design or interior design (I have a dual degree in both), or, alternatively, just a greasy spoon of cheap Chinese food. I know they are kinda different but believe me, they are not off the top of my head. My mom has a same one in Brooklyn, NY for couples of yrs and she can give me hand for sure. She has a well-defined plan in making different kinds of Chinese food.

Even though I wanna talk about the business plan with you guys right here but it's more reliable to keep it close to my vest.

Actually, in conclusion, I think setting up own business is the best way for brand new immigrants like us to steer the life into right and fast route.
