12月14日，由国家语言资源监测与研究中心、商务印书馆及媒体联合发布的“汉语盘点2011年度字词”揭晓。“控”和“伤不起”分列年度国内字词首位。

“伤不起”入选年度词语，表现出公众对个人和社会问题的敏感，以及他们对公平和正义的呼唤。
