不是啊！我刚收到学校寄来的信，内容是这样的。
Your application has been reviewed and before it can processed further, you must submit the following:

Proff that you are a perment resident of Canada(ie. a landed immigrant)

We also require proof of
Grade 12 Compulsory English College or University
Grade 12 Mathematics (C) or (U) OR Grade 11 Mathmeatics (U) or (M)
