以前是有很多要公证的，我看过网上是不要大人的公证了，但很多人都劝说还是做吧！我就不想做，其实大人的公证真的没用，我们都出生这么久了，是谁生的应该与移民没啥影响，而子女的就是要证明是申请人的子女。

Please obtain and submit with your application police clearance certificates from every country in which you and/or
your family members aged 18 or over have resided for six months or longer (one year for P.R.C.).
You may require a letter or special form from our office to obtain clearance certificates from some police force,
such as Hong Kong, Korea, Singapore, New Zealand and Malaysia. We will send you the appropriate letter or
form after you have submitted your application and we have completed a preliminary assessment of it.
Please note that you are responsible for payment of any fees that may be charged by issuing authorities for the
acquisition of these clearances. We are unable to make enquiries to issuing authorities on your behalf.
The following information may assist you in obtaining police clearance certificates for Hong Kong, the
P.R.C., Macao and Canada.
1. HONG KONG
After you have submitted your immigration application, our office will send you an instruction letter to present
to the issuing authority.
2. PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA
Please contact your local county’s Public Security Bureau. The certificate you obtain should then be notarized

For PRC citizens residing outside the country, notarized PRC police clearance certificates can be obtained

唉。。。。。。出生公证是白做了。白白浪费了320大洋 。那我和老婆的出生公证还递不递交呢？

我个人认为可以不交，做了出生公证也没所谓的，以后读书或找工可能用得到！有人还专门做一份带出国，因为出生公证一直是有效的！

恩，有道理，那我就不交出生公证了。以后反正也用得到，也不能算白做了。嘿嘿~~

想想真是气愤，我只差未刑公证没做了，该花的银子差不多都花到。现在又说公生公证不要了，真是烦！公生公证要是能退就好了！我不要了，我想把原件退给他公证处!公证处收银子真是收海了去了！没见他们做什么事！可恶！

楼主是不是该把标题也改了呢? 无刑证明的确是要公证的哦!

不如改成主副申请人的出生证明不需要公证了!

官方文件里面再三强调了亲属关心公正不认可，不认可。

必须用你们俩人的出生公正来反映事实。如果是舅舅什么的，就得两个大人的出生公正（反映他们的同父母关系）和你的出生公正（反映你的子女关系）

出生公证的钱省不了，即便现在移民不需要，以后到了加拿大，需要用的时候很多。早昨晚作都一样，以后做说不定更贵。

公证件何来“原件”“复印件”之说？如何能“复印"公证件？公证书的目的就是替代原件的，让你可以不用上交原件，但又能提供跟原件一样有说服力的文件。你在把公证件复印了，公证件用来干啥的？干吗不直接复印原件？

做2份的价格就比作1份多十几二十几块钱，你自己看着办吧。2-3份基本上就够了。也不见得一定能用得上，只不过你人不在户口所在地，将来想办的时候可能会比较罗索就是了

(原)户口所在地公证处去问，即可。
