我来卡不久,据我了解一般的供出租的几个套间一栋的房子有半地下室,正好是窗子露出地面,一个家庭住的独立的房子从外面看一般也是这样.
至于体力工,我自己在待产没有试着去应聘过,但是到处都有招工的广告.超市收银啦,上货啦,售货啦.据我的朋友说最低7块/小时,高的有9块或者更多.

虽然本人工作很忙，但是醉酒尽量给与回答。

目前问题回答如下：
1。合租一个人：总开销$600-700(不包括养车）
2。就业市场好，整个alberta而言。不仅仅卡城
3。如果都能做，要学习写简历。u got to learn how to play with rules.
4. Linc = no, ESL = yes,for single about $600-700 ( maybe a little variance 'cause I don't remember clearly)
5. Class 7 about $40 +-. if you dont' have Chinese driver license, u got to wait for a year before u r qualifed to take Class 5 - real diver license for driving.
6. Some yes and windows size equal to the size of above floors (mostly apartment). Others no especailly for basement of house (some house basement has no window at all, normally house basement has smaller windows (about half or less ) than apartment's basement
7. House normally is furnitured, but apartment is better because u don't need to worry about heat cost, water cost and most important, IT IS YOURS (no any interruption from owner). all living place has oven for cooking, fridge etc. So you don't need to worry at all.
8. Labor is so easy to find, but I don't think we r coming here for labor. So make your plan. for short time, u can do labor for living average is $９－10/hour.

By CODE, in Alberta every basement should have at least one window. But I am not sure every room have one. no one is allowed to live in a room without window. It only can work as a storage room. So never rent a room without window in Alberta please! It is against the law.
