Re: Production Technical Support
Dear Mr. Taylor:
A wise person once said, “Never turn down the opportunity to solve a problem…it is the process by which we solve that problem that we learn the most.” That “wise person” was my father. I guess that explains why I look at technical support and troubleshooting as an opportunity. I know, with all the problems I have solved in my nine years in technical support, I will be a very wise person indeed!
In listening to your job hot line advertisement, I couldn’t help but notice that an excellent match exists between your needs and my experience, which includes:
--More than 5 years’ experience in planning, scheduling, tracking, and program involving a wide range of power generation, distribution, and control equipment
--More than 7 years’ experience in troubleshooting and repairing 110, 220, 440, and 4160 VAC and 250 VDC electrical systems and equipment ranging from large motors and generators to portable electrical tools such as drills and saws
--Proficiency with IBM-compatible personal computers and Windows-based software
I’ll call on Tuesday to see when we can meet. I look forward to the opportunity to assist in solving your company’s most challenging problems!
Sincerely,
XXXX XXXX
