The full regulatory changes proposed to the Federal Skilled Worker selection criteria, the new Federal Skilled Trades class and the Canadian Experience class changes will be pre-published in the Canada Gazette in the coming months. Final publication is expected before the end of the year, with the new requirements taking effect in early 2013. The Department also expects to issue an updated occupation list at that time.

In fact the new regulations will reduce the overall imigrants to Canda especially when it comes to the age issues.I can’t judge but the medical field to which I belong; when we finish our first postgraduate studies we are almost 30 35 years old. At that age we start looking for the revenue by seeking jobs here and there, we start build up families . It takes few years to evaluate if we need to escape tp another country to secure a better future for our kids, those kids were the core of Canadian interest before, those kids are fruitful generations in the future of any nation. When the age is decreased as it is the case now ; Canada won’t find enough qualified applicants with good experience, moreover, the number of singles will increase with diminishing number of kids and this won’t help Canda on the long term. I don’t believe that I’m not a qualified person for Canda because I’m 50 years old, thought I’m a dentist(oral & dental suregeon/implantologist) holding two MSc postgraduate degress and 28 years of experience.I’m married to an accountant with postgraduate higher diploma, with three kids and according to CLB ;my score is 8.
这是一个打算想移民加拿大的50岁的医生写的,从名字上看他是一位阿拉伯人。
根据将要实施的新标准,这个医生的分数,在加上妻子语言分数的情况下,是63分,但是他依然很自信地说“I don’t believe that I’m not a qualified person for Canda because I’m 50 years old, thought I’m a dentist(oral & dental suregeon/implantologist) holding two MSc postgraduate degress and 28 years of experience.”
