if the post i use often has no chinese input system, and if i don't want to install a network at home for i will go to canada very soon, so what?
why u guys just are not tolerant in my writting english... yeah, if u think it's a bad habit, i'm very sorry that i don't want to change it for i have no choice and i like this site and people here.
anyway, i never invite people who hate reading english posts in a chinese site to read my posts.
also, this site doesn't forbide any english post or information, so i wonder why u get mad with me.
for the chinese culture, i don't think u are more sensitive than i'm, for i spent a lot of time in reading everything i can find about confuciunism and neo-confuciunism, everything i can find in foreigh press about china; and i even spent more time in debating with japanese, coreans and vietnamese about chinese culture;
when the french president chirac was busy in studying some chinese national paintings in the french national assembly, i was touched; when i watched a corean movie about a painter where the chinese big names such as Tao yuanming were mentioned again and again, i felt sth. sublime about chinese ancient arts....
for some reasons, i respect LIN YUTANG MORE THAN LUSUN, for he is the very first person who introduced chinese culture to western world, and he used english in writting his most famous books.
but ironically, his books were translated into chinese and then published in china, and i find his chinese readers are much more numerous than westerners.
if the basic values of chinese culture are mercy, pardon, understanding, harmony, respect, i happen to find the same things in western conventional culture, such as love.
my friend, a little bit of tolerance, if not, avoid my posts.
