鄙人單姓郭，單名靖。我現在找一些室友，入住一間五年新的獨立房。我是一名在讀LC和UOL的全職學生，同時在大學裡兼職助理教授；假如您可以遵守租房的居住規章我將會是一個很隨和的人。

房 間將於2012年12月15日之後可供出租入住。出租房位於3606號 南二十一大道，阿爾伯塔省萊斯布里奇市（3606 21st Ave S, Lethbridge, AB, T1K 3S9, Canada）；靠近購物中心，公交巴士站和萊斯布里奇學院（Lethbridge College）。如果您從家裡步行到學院的話將不會超過20分鐘。

Hi people,
My name is Eric Jing Guo. I am looking for some roommates right now to move into a 5 years old new build house. I am a full time student at the college and the university, teaching part time at the university, easy going person if you can keep the house rules.
I'm looking for some none smoking, none drinking and clean person to share the house with me; best to be no pets but if you can keep the place clean pets may be allow. I am going to rent out 2 master rooms upstairs for $500 each per month, 2 small rooms in the sub-basement for $425 each per month, and 2 large rooms in the basement for $475 each per month. If there is going to be more than one person in a room I may charge some extra fee. The deposit will be the same amount for your one month's rental fee; it is refundable if you don't damage anything in the house, if the damage's recover cost is more than the deposit the person who damaged the place will have to pay the rest cost. There is a bed in each room. All together we have 7 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms in the house. Also, I am renting out the rooms for short terms. Master rooms upstairs are $50 per day for each room, small rooms in sub-basement are $25 per day for each room, and two large rooms in basement are $35 per day for each room. If there is going to be more than a person staying in a room, I will take $5 more for a person per day.
The house in located at 3606 21st Ave S, Lethbridge, AB; will be ready for rent after December 15, 2012. Close to shopping center, bus station and Lethbridge College. If you are walking to the college from the house it won't take you more than 20 minutes.
