小孩子5年待不到2年, 綠卡能續么

請問大家, 我們準備輪流過去5年住滿2年, 小孩子在國內讀書, 這樣的話, 續綠卡時, 因為孩子沒有住滿2年, 能續出來么? 不知有沒有這樣的前例可供參考?

我們主要是想讓孩子在國內讀完小學, 然後等下個5年, 一起過去, 孩子在那邊讀初中.

那這樣的話, 就非得一家三口都得5年待滿2年才能全續出來了?!

一个大人多待一年，4年待满3年直接入籍不好么？这样小孩18岁前就可以随时入籍了。

沒有什麽都好的辦法啊, 又要分開時間短, 又要拿到身份, 又要孩子兩邊教育都有, 是我要求太多.....

一个大人入籍，小孩就可以随时入籍？那么另外一个大人呢？

随加籍父母在海外居住视同在加居住吧。随加籍配偶在海外居住也视同在加居住。所以一方去蹲3年移民监就可以了。为保证满2年孩子和另一方可能需要到加住半年。
当然，最踏实的方式还是一起去。毕竟几年的分离损失很大。

我的朋友全家去了美国，当时小孩上小学5年级，去了很适应。到现在两年了，身体也很棒。

你第一句说的没错，但是3年只是有资格申请，不是自动转为公民，还没拿到国籍之前孩子的PR已经废掉了

难民不是走的人道。是走的公约难民和被保护人类别。

可以替代的，如陪伴在海外为加拿大工作的PR，可以算移民监的。

收养小孩可以直接入籍的，等等。
