请问各位在提交团聚申请时候，复印件都做了certification吗？
我查了CIC官网对复印件的要求，写着：
To have a photocopy of a document certified, an authorized person must compare the original document to the photocopy and must print the following on the photocopy:
“I certify that this is a true copy of the original document”,
the name of the original document,
the date of the certification,
his or her name,
his or her official position or title, and
his or her signature.
而有此资格的人，在加拿大境外，可以请公证员作此证明。
请问大家是如何操作的？需要去公证处做这个certification吗？
我有一份医疗文件，是医院的病史室复印的，而且盖上了医院的“病史复印专用章”，如果我把这份文件交上去，算是original，还是photocopy呢？
