Prenatal Program - Toronto Public Health

This program for women who are 3 to 6 months pregnant covers topics such as; having a healthy pregnancy, emotional health, managing stress, healthy eating, labour and birth, breastfeeding and becoming a parent. The program consists of four classes held on weekday evenings from 7-9pm. Classes are facilitated by a Public Health Nurse and are offered at several sites throughout Toronto.
