How could I use the Calling card?

I buy a Calling card fromhttp://www.ecallingcard.ca/.
I get the PIN and SN.I am in Edmonton.
The telephone for the Calling card is
Edmondon: 780-669-1114
Edmondon: 780-669-0147
But I could not know how it would be used.

Someone who have used it help me!

卡后面有说明，如果还打不通给我个电话

好久不用了以下的步骤不一定完全正确

拨通后输pin号 #结束 [会有语言提示你还剩多少钱] 然后拨011+86+（国内区号：注意如北京是10而不是在国内拨的010，上海20，西安29等）+电话号码+# [会有语言提示你能打多久]
