c 肯定不对,完全瞎扯。D也不对。B似乎对，但总感觉有问题。
没办法了，A对。

• You must be a probationary driver for a minimum of two years.

It will take a minimum of three years to complete both the learner’s and probationary stages of the program.

都在书本的第10页-11页，怎么一个说2年，一个说3年？
